GENLIN is a space for candid exchange across organizational boundaries. That requires a shared commitment to how we engage.
Share what’s actually happening in your work, not just what looks good. The network grows stronger when people are honest about challenges.
What’s shared in the discussion board stays in the discussion board. Insights can travel; attribution should not, unless permission is given.
Participants come from different organizations, contexts, and expertise levels. Engage with curiosity, not judgment.
The value of this network comes from what people put in. Share resources, respond to questions, and engage with fellow practitioners.
