Thematic Session 1
Creating Conditions for Success — Most teams working on gender integration are doing so without the organizational conditions that make sustained progress possible. This session asks: what actually needs to be in place?
We’ll explore how gender equity gets positioned — and too often siloed — within organizations, what genuine institutional commitment looks like in practice, and how cross-functional structures, HR approaches, and company policies can move gender integration from aspiration to operational reality. Grounded in examples from the field, this is a practical session for the people doing the work — and for those whose decisions determine whether that work is resourced and recognized.
